The interview process was pretty straightforward and fast. It was only two interviews in total. The first one was online via Teams, and the second was in person with the hiring managers. They were quick to respond, so I didn't have to wait long to know where I stood.

Went through 4 interviews. Started with a recruiter call that included a timed aptitude test. Then had 2 interviews with Regional Sales managers. Then interviewed with the VP of sales. The final interview was with 2 more Regional Sales managers. Even though I did everything to their satisfaction, I didn't get an offer. The recruiter said 'after careful review of my answers, we will not be able to go forward with the hiring process.' This was after 4 interviews, including sitting in on an account rep's calls for an hour to see how they prospect, qualify, and close new business.

I went through two interviews. The first one was an hour and a half. I met the recruiter, did an aptitude test, and then met with both the accounting supervisor and the administrative supervisor. The second interview was with the CFO. Everyone was really nice and we had good conversations. They got back to me quickly after the second interview and extended a job offer the very next day.

The interview process was pleasant. I had to complete a Wonderlic test. However, the salary details discussed earlier, which included a decent base pay and uncapped commission, were not reflected in the final offer. Instead, they offered an hourly rate with no commission, essentially making me a sales caller for senior reps and passing on any actual sales. I declined the offer promptly.
