I applied online and a few days later, I had a phone interview. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview which was easy. The interviewer was nice, and I also got to meet the Site Director afterwards, who was also very nice.

I applied online and the recruiter called me about two weeks later. She asked me about my work history and then set up an in-person interview. The interview went really well and the interviewer was very friendly. The questions were easy and I felt confident I'd get the job. The last step was a drug test. I got the job offer within two days of completing it.

Behavioral Technical

The first interview was short, she knew I had experience so we talked salary and benefits. Then she wanted me to interview with a supervisor. I went back two days later, but there was no supervisor. Then we set up another day and the day before, she called me asking where I was. I called her back and explained it was for the next day. The interview with the supervisor was okay. She kept talking about their software which I didn't know. She did ask me about upselling and getting customers to buy more, and rebuttals. I think it's bad to give rebuttals, you lose customers. She spoke Greek to me most of the time, like I knew their travel tools!
