First, a phone interview, mostly with someone junior from HR. If you move on, there might be a Skype interview. If you're still in the running, you'll have a formal interview. If you pass that and the company vets you, you'll sign an offer letter. After that, there's a training period of 2 to 3 weeks.

O processo teve uma dinâmica de grupo e entrevistas com os gestores e uma pessoa do RH. A entrevista foi bem descontraída, eles me deixaram confortável. Não achei uma entrevista difícil, mas por ter sido para estagiário, creio que pegaram mais leve, pois não pedem experiência nem habilidade específica além de inglês.
