I applied through their website. After applying, I had to do an online assessment which then gets screened. I then received an online interview which consisted of me reading questions and answering them to myself on a video recording. This was more daunting as I find it harder to talk to myself than other people. I then received a phone call asking about my background, why I wanted to work for them and got asked to come in for a face to face interview.

First, there was a phone call where they asked basic questions like about your right to work in the UK. Then, you had an in-person interview at the practice with the nursing team. You should wear smart casual. The questions were informal, focusing on your employment history and skills. Make sure to research the practice and your CV to make a good impression.

Behavioral Presentation

I submitted my application online through the CVS website and was subsequently invited to a video interview with the practice principal. This interview was extensive and felt rather one-sided, as the principal dedicated a significant portion to discussing the practice and their future vision. Unfortunately, I received no follow-up communication from either the practice or CVS after the interview.

I thought it was a forward thinking interview, they asked about me and why I was interested in the job, what I could bring to the role. They had a quick fire round which I liked of giving myself a number between 1 and 10 then saying 'resilience' 'organisation' 'time keeping' 'flexibility' They had a GSOH too and were easy to chat to.
