Behavioral Technical

I interviewed on campus with a sales associate and a sales trainer. They were friendly and asked behavioral questions. Then, I had a full-day interview at the office. I met with 4-5 people in sales roles, did shadowing, and had lunch. The process was disorganized and off-schedule. One interviewer was extremely rude. Most interviews were "get to know you" behavioral questions. The recruiting team was unprofessional. At the end, the lead recruiter said I was "exactly what they were looking for." She called me later when I was unavailable. I called her back and emailed for a month. She finally responded saying I didn't get the job. The hiring team was unprofessional. I wouldn't have taken the offer anyway due to low pay, dull work, commitment, and a not-great product, but it was annoying to be strung along and then ignored.

Group Behavioral Technical Other

It was a really good experience. One interesting thing is that they had a group discussion before the aptitude and general interview. The HR executive was very polite and welcoming. The next day, I had the final interview at their Gurgaon office to discuss salary.

Technical Behavioral

So first I did this online quiz, it was like half personality stuff and half critical thinking. After that, I had a quick phone interview where they asked pretty standard stuff like 'What do you think about the commute?', 'What motivates you?', and 'How did you hear about this company?'. Then they invited me for an in-person interview that went for about 6 hours. I met with 5 different people and also got to shadow someone who works there already. It seemed like a decent experience overall, though one interviewer was a bit tough, but mostly it was pretty straightforward.
