Applications Support Engineer
The interview process started with two rounds on campus: an aptitude test and a technical computer-based test. Based on how I did, I was invited to the company's office. Once there, the first round was a technical interview where they mostly reviewed my CV and asked medium-level SQL questions. The second round was a managerial interview, including puzzles and situation-based questions. The third and final round was an HR interview focusing on personality. Every single round was an elimination round. Unfortunately, I didn't get through the final round, but I found the work culture and HR to be top-notch.

Applications Support Engineer
I was contacted by a technical recruiter from Cvent who gave me a quick rundown of the job. After we agreed I might be a good fit, I had a phone call with someone from the support team. They asked me some basic questions about programming languages I know, my experience with relational databases, and some networking stuff. Since that went pretty well, they invited me for an on-site interview. At the on-site, about six different people interviewed me, usually one or two at a time. They asked about my past jobs, my school projects, how I solve problems, and how I'd trace code. I got most of the questions right, but missed a couple. I thought they seemed happy with my answers and I felt good about my chances. But then, nothing. I didn't hear back for a few weeks, which I figured was because they were still interviewing others. After a month, I reached out to the recruiter to check my status, but she never got back to me. It's now been 7 months since the interview and still no word. I emailed the recruiter again last week, and still nothing. My application status online just says 'in review.' I'm honestly shocked by how unprofessional they've been, not even letting me know if I got the job or not. I'll update this in a few months or years if I ever hear back from Cvent.
