The interview process was pretty comprehensive with several rounds of questions and a presentation required towards the end. Multiple departments will be involved in the selection process and expectations are for top-tier talent.

Had an initial call with the recruiter that lasted over an hour. The recruiter was nice and gave me all the details about the job, company, and pay. Right after that, she set up a call with the hiring manager, which I thought went well. After waiting two weeks after my call with the hiring manager, I followed up with the recruiter but never heard back. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and respect shown to candidates.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My referral got me in touch with the recruiter who was nice, but the hiring process dragged on forever and I had to constantly chase them for updates. The interviews themselves were just okay: first, I was supposed to meet someone to demo the software, but they didn't show. Then, I had a 30-minute chat with two hiring managers where they asked about three basic account manager type questions. After that, it was another 30-minute meeting with two sales leaders where they asked about three more questions. What was weird was the sales presentation part – you have to present on a product you're currently selling, but they penalize you if it's not about SaaS or their specific product. It took two weeks to hear back that I didn't get the job. I also circled back and was supposed to interview with the team that got hired (I was their second choice), but on the day of the interview, the recruiter canceled, saying they actually didn't have the headcount until June (this was in February). When I asked about other roles that fit my skills, the recruiter seemed confused. Overall, I found the process disorganized and not focused on a good candidate experience. Waiting two weeks for a response is too long. Oh, and I interviewed with six people, five men and all white, so the company seems to lack diversity.
