Training Coordinator
It was a long process, I had two rounds of interviews first, and then had to do a presentation. They made the final decision between me and another candidate, who had both already completed two interview rounds before the presentation.
- Prepare a presentation detailing your approach to staff training.
Grants Manager
I applied online on a Thursday. That same Sunday I got an automated email saying I didn't meet the basic requirements. When I called to ask why, they said the system automatically rejected me because I answered no to the question about contacting my current employer. The application only had a yes/no option, and saying 'no' leads to an automatic rejection. So, if you don't want them to contact your current employer, you won't get an interview.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Branch Service Assistant
It was a really nice and positive atmosphere with friendly people. They asked a lot about my previous work experience and what customer service skills I had. It's a shame I didn't get the job, but I'll try again.
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
- What customer service skills did you gain?
- Standard interview questions.
Branch Services Clerk
I applied online and heard back about a week after the listing came out. They had me come in for an in-person interview with a panel of three people. They asked mostly situational questions, not as many about my work history as I thought they would. It was supposed to be 30 minutes but only took 15. I got an offer the next Monday, but I turned it down because the part-time hours weren't as flexible as I needed.
- Tell me about a situation where a coworker wasn't doing their fair share of the work and how you handled it.
