The interview process was straightforward. The manager was very informative. They walked me out to the ramp and asked a few questions. I had to go back for a second interview and got the job on the spot.

The interviewer was nice and paid attention, and made me feel really good about getting the job. They told me I'd know either way. I waited patiently for a week and a half, then reached out but didn't hear back. Seems like a bad way to run a business.

It was easy. As long as you show interest in aviation and have a decent personality and attitude, you can get hired. They are looking for long-term employees, people who are quick learners and have the ability to keep track of the surrounding area. It also helps to always have a checklist in your head so you never miss a step because it could result in disaster.

It was a group interview that lasted about an hour, and then I had a one on one interview the next day. I met with the General Manager and the Line Manager. After that, I was asked to submit to a drug test pending an offer of employment.
