The whole process from interview to offer was pretty fast. Training was set to begin right after my start date. The training lasted a full week and was held over Teams, with live interaction involved.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was ok, everything was smooth sailing until you got to the training and from there everything goes down hill and lacked professionalism. As well as you will have a lot of inconsistency of trainers in the class room with you because they will claim they "have other work to get done" which ultimately leads to you not really understand what your supposed to be learning.

i found the job posting online and applied, then the recruiter called for a phone screen. i was then scheduled for a 1st interview and a 4 part assessment. the next day i had a 2nd interview with a supervisor, which went a bit long because they wanted to do a computer roleplay to check my phone skills and ability to do the job. after that, i went back to the recruiters office and waited for the supervisor's feedback before being offered the job.

Behavioral Technical

I first met with recruiting and they asked me a few things about myself and my availability. Then I had to do an assessment on the 'In-House' computers. After waiting for those results, I spoke with recruiting again to pick if I wanted to work in Reservations or Publications. Finally, I interviewed with the publications manager.
