First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Customer Care.
Customer Service Representative
The interviewer was super nice. They asked me a few questions that I'd already prepped for. These were about me, the company, why I wanted to work there, and my 5-year plan.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What about yourself?
- Tell me about yourself.
Software Engineer
I had Skype interviews with a technical person and an HR person. They asked pretty basic questions for about an hour. It was mostly about my past experiences and the programming languages I've used.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
- Which programming languages are you familiar with?
Software Engineer
The whole hiring process was very quick. I was first contacted by CEO himself, then followed by 1 hour Technical Interview and at last skype interview with CEO and a senior technical member with general behavioral questions
- Questions ranged from easy to average difficulty
Software Engineer
It was a phone call and then a live interview.
- I don't remember, I found all the questions at my comfort zone.
