I had a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview with a recruiter. Then there was a final round of interviews with three attorneys, also in-person. The initial screening and first round were pretty standard and okay. But the last three interviews were really hostile and, at times, inappropriate. The first attorney asked me about my political views, like if I was a Republican, and then discussed the party's front-runners, without really asking about the job or my experience. It was mostly personal questions. The next interview was pretty normal. But the third one was just weird. The interviewer just stared at me until I asked if I should talk about myself or my resume. He said that was the point of an interview. It wasn't directed, or interactive, and he shut down any attempt at conversation. It made me question why they invited me for a final round, especially since the recruiter and paralegals I met were so nice. It was concerning how the culture shifted with higher-ups. When I asked for feedback later, I was told I was 'too nervous for a good read,' and the recruiter seemed surprised by the questions I was asked. I really don't think this is a good place to work if you care about teamwork, communication, or respect, especially if you're a woman. You should think carefully if this is where you want to start your career.

The interview process was fantastic! Everyone was kind and accommodating. I had two in-person interviews and one over the phone. I was able to meet the entire team as well as other paralegals.

the interview wasn't too difficult and followed a typical format. I was asked questions about my resume, previous jobs, my interest in the firm, and my motivations for pursuing law. The people I interacted with were nice and supportive. I got an offer within a week.
