Got referred by a recruiter for a role in international disputes. Had an interview via video call with four people. Some of the less experienced interviewers didn't ask any questions. Felt like they were more focused on meeting criteria in a London HR way rather than really assessing the quality of my experience.

the hr person who interviewed me was good, asked correct questions, the interview went well in my opinion. although I did not get the position, all in all it was a really good experience of how job interviewing at a law firm should go and look like.

The "Super day" interview format involved four 30-minute individual interviews followed by a cocktail hour. Upon arrival, paperwork was completed alongside other candidates for that day, after which I moved from office to office to interview with attorneys. It wasn't particularly memorable, though I recall the offices being very warm, which was odd given the attorneys were all in suits.
