Data Analyst
This interview process with Current was really unprofessional and disrespectful. First, the recruiter missed our scheduled meeting and only got back to me after I sent a bunch of follow-up emails. No apology, just a late request to talk. The call itself was weird – no intros, no info about the team, and no real interaction. They had me introduce myself, then just read the job description like a robot and hung up. It felt super careless. The hiring manager interview was even worse. The interviewer seemed arrogant and dismissive right away. They talked super fast, never checked if I understood, cut me off a lot, and questioned my background in a really confrontational way. The most unprofessional part was them constantly using their phone during the interview – typing, looking at the screen, even while I was talking. This happened several times, making it clear they weren't paying attention. On top of their condescending attitude, it was just a really disrespectful experience. When I asked what they liked about working at Current, they didn't even answer. Instead, they rolled their eyes and said dismissively that Current is genuinely 'data-driven,' unlike other places. It sounded arrogant, not informative, and told me nothing about the company. I've had a lot of interviews, but this was one of the most unprofessional. Both the recruiter and the hiring manager showed a lack of respect for candidates and the interview process. Interviews should be a two-way street, but here, respect and professionalism were clearly missing. Candidates should really think about this before proceeding with the company.

Product Marketing Manager
So, a recruiter reached out to me for this role. We had a 30-minute introductory call that I had to schedule myself. No confirmation email came through, so I had to chase them up a bunch. The recruiter seemed pretty uninterested during our chat, like it was just a checkbox exercise. They mentioned setting up more interviews, but I haven't heard anything back in three weeks. It's been a really rough experience. If this is how the recruiting goes, I'm a bit worried about what working there would be like.

Software Engineer
The interview process included a 30-minute recruiter screening which was a typical HR meeting. Following that, there was a 45-minute technical exercise focusing on algorithms and data structures using CoderPad. The second round consisted of an hour-long paired programming session. The onsite interviews involved meetings with the HR business partner for culture fit, the engineering manager, a staff engineer, and the CTO.

- Complete the code to support reading transactions that deduct from accountA and add to accountB from a given list of Transactions.
- Design a method called isValidTransaction.
Analytics Engineer
The interview started with a recruiter call, followed by a hiring manager chat. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past these initial stages. The hiring manager was really unpleasant, acting like he'd rather be anywhere else. Plus, I could barely hear him because he was in a meeting room and not using a mic. He also seemed to doubt my willingness to work in an office, which, honestly, who really wants to, but given the job market, it's a bit of a tough question.

- How would you go about constructing a dimensional model?
