First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Curebase.
Manual QA Tester
The whole process took about two weeks. There were three interviews: first with HR, then with the hiring manager, and finally a technical interview with the manager and a senior QA Tester. After that, there was a final HR call to discuss the offer. They made it feel like a conversation and kept the vibe relaxed and welcoming.
- Can you tell me about your past job duties and what you did?
- What do you know about the different stages of testing?
- How would you approach challenging situations that arise?
QA Engineer
It was a 3-interview process: first with HR, then a technical interview that included a live test, and finally with the CEO. All the interviews were dynamic and had good questions. I got the chance to learn about the company and what to expect if I join. From the very first interview, you'll like what Curebase is doing, and you'll love their process, trials, and how they operate.
- Could you automate an easy website during the interview?
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Software QA Engineer
The interviews went pretty smoothly and were quick. They seemed to know exactly what they wanted to ask me, and they also gave me time to ask my own questions, which I appreciated. I really liked learning more about Curebase before getting an offer. The whole interview process itself was also quick, with two get-to-know-you interviews and one technical interview. I was happy it wasn't a super long or overwhelming process.
- It was a standard get-to-know-you interview with HR.
- This interview was with the leads I'd be working with, similar to the first but with some technical questions.
- This interview focused on my automation skills and my overall QA knowledge.
