Application Support Agent
The interview process was pretty casual. I didn't get very far, but the screening and first person I spoke with were both very personable and helpful. The second person didn't seem as interested, but she was still very polite. I was kept pretty well updated and I think the longest I went without a response was a week or so.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Vendor Manager
The interview process was long and drawn out with too many interviews from people who do not understand the job. It felt like a waste of my time to talk to them. The job description was for a Vendor Manager but it actually involved doing more than a Vendor Manager typically does, more like a Project Manager, Vendor Manager, and Category Manager combined. I spoke to 5 people and in the end, they told me I wasn't what they were looking for, even though I have over 20 years of experience.
- This company prides itself on being the best in the industry but they are more slave drivers than anything else.
- The interview process was for a VM but the job was doing more than a VM does. It was more a PM, VM, and CM.
- I talked to 5 people just to be told I was not what they were looking for even though I have over 20 years experience.
Sales
The interview process at Curbio is really not great for people coming from real estate. I've been through it twice now and both times felt like a waste of time. The first time had 4 or 5 rounds, the second only 2. Communication is pretty bad, and if you make it to the end and are waiting for an answer, you'll be chasing them for updates for weeks. It seems like they'll interview you if you're in the industry without really checking if your experience fits the job, because both times they told me at the end that my background wasn't what they needed. So why contact me? Why have multiple interviews? It's confusing, especially since my resume is pretty clear. And it's not just me, I know others in the industry who had bad experiences here too. Too bad.
- What aspects of this role do you anticipate being the easiest and most difficult?
Project Manager
Okay so I went through their interview process which involved an initial phone screening, then two more rounds of interviews, and I also had to do a take home assignment. I thought I did pretty well in the interviews, and they actually said I was doing great and was on top of things. They promised an update really soon but then weeks passed and I never heard back. When I tried to follow up, they ghosted me completely. I get that they might have gone with someone else, but this felt super unprofessional. It's really rude to ghost people after they've put in a lot of time and effort. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this company.
- Tell me about a time you experienced outstanding customer service.
