First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CuraScript SD.
Account Manager
The interview process differs a bit if you’re already working here versus applying from outside. If you’re internal, it’s usually a bit faster. You’ll likely have a quick chat with a recruiter, then a first interview, and maybe a second one depending on the manager and the specific role. If all goes well, you could get an offer. They usually decide within a week or two. For external candidates, it’s pretty much the same stages, but the interview might focus more on behavioral questions like ‘tell me about a time when…' since you wouldn’t have prior context with the company.
- How would you explain why you would be a good addition to our team?
- Can you share an example of a time when...
Pharmacy Technician
The interview process usually involves questions asking you to describe a situation, explain how you handled it, and what you learned from the experience. These questions are pretty standard for the industry.
- Can you recall an instance where you collaborated within a team setting?
Sales Representative
The interview was pretty simple. We went over my resume, the job duties, and what qualities I have that would make me a good fit for the position. It was also important that I would be a good cultural fit.
- What characteristics do you possess that make you a suitable candidate for this opportunity?
Senior Advisor
For this level, there were 3 rounds of interviews, one being a panel interview. As a Cigna company, interviewers are supposed to stick to a script and competency questions, which can be difficult to answer.
- Can you share an instance where a project's objective shifted mid-course, requiring you to alter and communicate revised responsibilities?
- Describe a situation where you had to modify your personal approach, work strategy, or action plan due to an unexpected change.
