First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Curant Health.
Sales Operations Analyst
I had two phone screenings which were pretty easy and they seemed to like me. But then they ghosted me, no HR response at all. I called them a week later, left a message, and still no response or rejection. It was misleading and needs to change, as interviewees are criticized for ghosting but employers face no consequences. This shows me what the company is like before I even get an offer. HR needs a change. Still no response a month later.
- Do you have any prior sales experience?
Patient Care Coordinator
The interview process was long but gave me a lot of information. It started with a pre-interview call with HR. After that, they scheduled an in-person interview where I met with several people. They explained the role and what happens next. I got a call back about 2 weeks later saying I wasn't the best fit. At least they called, unlike some companies that never respond. The job sounded interesting, so I plan to apply again.
- What is your definition of success?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Project Coordinator
It was a typical multi-round interview process. They said they would get in touch with all candidates with status/updates, but they never did. You can learn a lot about a company by the promises they keep and their communication style. Also, their expectations for this 'entry-level' role combined with the low wage is probably why it's still open. I'd recommend either being ready to train someone for this 'entry-level' job or pay more to get the candidate you really want.
- Can you tell me about your previous role at **insert job on resume here**?
- What software skills do you possess?
- Describe a time you analytically solved an issue.
Patient Care Coordinator
I had interviews with the Hiring manager, the Department Manager, and the Head/Lead PCC. The team was friendly and the interviews were in their office. Each person interviewed me one-on-one. The last interview was with the Lead PCC to make sure I'd fit in with the team.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
