First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Curana Health.
Marketing
I went through 4 interviews over 5 weeks. First, there was an HR screening call, then I interviewed with the hiring manager, then with the team, and finally with a VP. After the last interview, I followed up twice but got no response from the recruiter or hiring manager. I've never been ghosted so late in the process before, it was really unprofessional.
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
Nurse Practitioner
It was pretty simple. Not too hard. Two parts: first I talked to the main hiring manager for the whole company, then I talked to the person in charge of the specific location.
- Do you have issues with managing your time?
Business Analyst
I interviewed with Curana Health in 2024. The process involved a recruiter call, VP call, director call, and then a 4th interview if you make it that far. My recommendation is to avoid this company. They will waste your time. I think they are simply collecting resumes at this point and they seem disorganized/unsure about their future direction.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a problem with a colleague?
Physician
The interview schedule was well organized and informative and answered questions, showed me a sample pay model that explained the RVUs, explained benefits and what makes the pay model great, explained how long the company has been around, and talked about job security.
- Why are you looking to leave your current job?
