Got an offer letter after two interviews. Before the offer letter, I had a phone call to talk about salary expectations. Each interview had two people and they left time for me to ask questions.

The employees I interacted with were very friendly. Even though the interview was online and included people from both the Los Angeles and Minneapolis offices, they really showed how their firm values being a supportive team.

This was a new role, so the vetting process was a bit longer than usual. I really liked how transparent they were about the company's current state and future goals. They shared a lot of info and let me meet with leaders to ensure our values aligned.

I had a Zoom meeting with two product managers, but they were from different locations. One was even from an out-of-state office, which struck me as odd for a Los Angeles position. They asked me to share my screen to show my portfolio because they hadn't seen it or my resume beforehand, which was a bit unusual but apparently how they conduct interviews there. They mentioned a two-phase interview process. I felt the interview went well, but I was rejected two weeks later.
