Behavioral Presentation

I had a screening interview, and then a face-to-face interview. It was a friendly and welcoming environment. The interview lasted over 90 minutes and was a positive experience. I met with both my reporting line manager and the department director. They got back to me with a response in about 10 days. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful, and they provided limited feedback, although they did offer it.

I had two interviews, one was a general HR recruiter and the other was with the head of technical fleetwide. The first interview was all about Cunard's values and more general questions. The second interview was technical based. The interviewers where both really nice and made me feel comfortable.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started with a phone interview and then moved to a face-to-face presentation. After not hearing back, I was contacted again 10 months later to reapply, with no prior indication they knew I had interviewed before. I was promised feedback on the original process within 48 hours, but never received it. This experience was disappointing and reflects poorly on the marketing department culture at Cunard, according to industry contacts. While I understand I may not have been the right fit, I believe more professional communication was warranted after the time and effort invested in the interview process.

The interview process began with an initial call, followed by an in-person interview lasting an hour. During this, I was required to deliver a 15-minute presentation on the meaning of CRO and suggest improvements for a specific page on Cunard's website. This was then followed by a further round of questions with the Head of Digital and the Digital Marketing Manager. However, I have yet to receive any communication regarding my application, even after following up via email.
