Recruiter
This was the strangest interview process and biggest waste of time. Ironically as a recruiting company, I had a 90 minute interview with three completely unprepared people. You would think recruiters would know how to interview at any given moment. All three employees explained their experienced, and then said "do you have any questions?". They had no questions prepared for me. I had to sit their for 90 minutes and come up with questions. I was so confused why I was even told to do this interview if they had no interest in finding out if I was qualified. Ultimately - they declined me for the position. I am so confused how a company can conclude I am not an asset to a company without asking anything about me. I wouldn't waste 90 minutes of your time - it looks like the salary base is extremely low anyway.

Staffing Consultant
It was a conversation, and they focused on how you communicate, your ethics, and your motivations. They were more interested in understanding my personal and career goals and what truly mattered to me than what was important to them. They asked about what I needed out of life and my career and what would make a difference.
- What motivates you to work each day?
Technical Recruiter
I had a phone interview with one of the recruiters that eventually led to an in person interview with the lead recruiter and sales team member, then another in person with the same members as well as the CEO and more junior recruiters. There was a period between the initial phone interview and the first in person but only due to my delayed readiness to make a career move and their urgency for a new recruiter. The interview was really enjoyable and felt transparent and like a true group effort for each of us to determine if this could be a good fit for myself and for the company.
