This was a single interview with a really nice interviewer. They seemed more focused on if I would be a good cultural fit for the company rather than my qualifications for the sales role itself. They gave me a good rundown of the company and its culture.

I interviewed with the VP of Ops and felt we connected well, enjoying our conversations beyond the strict interview questions. However, the interview felt a bit hurried, and I found the questions to be somewhat random and vague, making it tricky to answer without feeling like I was being set up to fail. She didn't delve much into my background. It was disappointing given how great the company seems, as I don't feel I got a fair shot. While I understand she thought I lacked experience, which is fair, I wish I'd had more chances to show what I could do.

I applied for a job and they scheduled an interview before I even left the office. I met with the VP of HR, and she was really thorough, making sure I knew the job requirements. She said I'd hear back in a few days, and I did, even though I didn't get that first job. She was thoughtful on the call, though. Luckily, she called a week later about a different position that fit my skills and wanted me to interview for it. I was so impressed they didn't just toss my application but saved it for a better fit. It showed me they really cared about their candidates. I then had two more interviews with marketing team members, including the VP. They were great listeners, shared their positive experiences, and their future goals for the company. The VP of HR even called a few days later just to update me on the process, knowing how anxious it is to wait for an answer. The whole experience made me respect everyone I met and want to work there even more because they seemed like a caring and ambitious company.

The interview included standard questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'past experience.' They also asked about programs I was familiar with, and I shared details about recent projects from my previous role. The interviewer was pleasant. When I asked questions about the company, there seemed to be some difficulty providing answers. While there was no offer extended, I did some research online and found limited information beyond a book they published. Their YouTube videos have comments disabled. I have a feeling the company might not be legitimate, but I don't see it as a complete waste of time.
