First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CulturaLink.
Interpreter
Applied online, got an email, then had a phone interview. They verified my education and ran a background check. I got an offer and then went through orientation. Later, I was scheduled for online reviews, taking calls, and handling issues.
- Have you conducted OPI before?
Interpreting Coordinator
The interview process was super easy and straightforward, with the president and vice president. They spent more time explaining the history of the company and the position. Unfortunately, the position described was not exactly what was offered.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Interpreter
It was a good and simple process. I booked the call online and the recruiter contacted me. They told me about the job, what would be expected of me if I got the offer, and what I needed to do to start taking calls.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What is your availability?
- Are you equipped with the necessary devices?
Interpreter
The process was easy and professional, I heard that it's no longer profssional. I had a good experience during the interview and onboardig process. The process included passing a language test, then meet with the team.
