Had a video interview with someone from Cultural Care. The interviewer was nice and upfront about everything. It was about 45-60 minutes total. They asked general questions and gave me plenty of time to ask my own. They also sent a lot of info before the interview so I already knew about the job.

I was contacted about a month or two after applying, and the whole interview process wrapped up in about two weeks. There were three interviews in total. The first was a standard recruiter call to go over the job and company and see if I was a good initial fit. The second was with the director/hiring manager, who shared more job specifics and asked questions about my ability to handle tough calls, think creatively, and manage stress. The final interview involved a series of "what would you do if" scenarios. All three chats were very conversational and friendly.

The interview process was organized. First, there was a group interview that explained the program and the job duties. Then, interested applicants interviewed with a regional director via Skype. Make sure your headset and video are working well. Dress in business casual. The interview lasted 30 minutes and covered your past work history, any international culture experience you have, and any experience working with youth.

The interview process took two months in total, after some initial confusion about the role. Some interviewers were professional and friendly, but one didn't even show up and wasn't very apologetic or communicative afterward. It was a really drawn-out process with a lot of poor communication, and I ended up not getting an offer after wasting two months.
