The interview was pretty quick and straightforward. Everyone involved was really nice. They were great at answering any questions I threw at them. First, there was a phone screening, and then I had a one-on-one interview.

Had a pre-screening call, then a virtual interview with the team, and finally a call for feedback on the interview. The team was really friendly and seemed excited to get to know potential new candidates for the position. They answered all my questions promptly, and the staff came across as approachable.

I had a great phone interview and was invited for an in-person interview in Bee Cave, TX. The interview lasted 40 minutes. I tried my best to be positive and highlighted my experience, but the interviewer, Lydia, asked questions in a very negative and condescending way. Almost every question started by presenting a difficult situation that might arise in this job, as if I wouldn't know what I was getting into. Even when I provided positive examples of past experiences, she continued with those types of questions. It was disappointing, and although the organization seemed great based on the tour and my research, it made me reconsider working there.

My first meeting was with a regional intake person over the phone. We talked about my background and education and my values. I got offered a second interview right away. The next week, I met with the clinical manager one-on-one. We talked for over an hour about my principles for working with kids. I was offered a job and a spot in the apprenticeship program.
