First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cultivate Advisors.
Director of Partnerships
My first interview was with an HR Screener. This person read off a list of scripted written questions. No attempt to establish a relationship, get to know my personality or even my work history and how I could be an asset to the company.
- Where abouts are you located, and in which city/town?
Director of Partnerships
It was a phone call and two Zoom interviews. It definitely took some time to get through everything, but they really took the time to get to know me and it felt like they were serious when they said interviewing is a "two way street."
- Can you share your experience as an entrepreneur?
- What's your background in prospecting?
Business Advisor
It was a long process with 6 rounds of interviews, and each interview was about 1-2 hours long. They hire in groups each quarter, so the whole process could take about 2 months depending on when you start.
- Tell me about your experience as a business owner.
- How do you think your cross-industry knowledge can help you coach business owners from different sectors?
