I had a recruiter reach out about the opportunity. The first interview was good and the second one was also good. Overall it was a smooth process and I had no issues with it.

Before we got going, I had to do some paperwork and a background check. Then, I chatted with two people from the team, one after the other. They were both really nice and professional. They were excited to tell me about the company and what the job involves.

I had a phone call with a recruiter, then an in-person interview and a tour of the plant. It wasn't a typical interview, it was more like a walk-through of what the job would entail and what to expect of the company in general.

Behavioral Other

I interviewed with the Director and spent a day on the job training at two different offices. The HR manager explained my duties. I spent the rest of the day filing. I knew I didn't get the job after talking to the Director, but I went to the second office anyway. The HR manager was very nice, which was a different experience compared to the one I had with the Director.
