Behavioral Technical Presentation

I interviewed in their Baldwin Park office for an initial interview with one team. A few days later, I was asked for a second interview with another team at their Maitland office. This one was more relaxed and went well. Then, a third interview was requested with yet another team, and one interviewer was remote. This interview took longer and had a list of questions, including a fun one about my favorite superhero. This was the day before my birthday, and I thought I might get an offer. However, on my birthday, I received an email stating they weren't moving forward. I was disappointed to be rejected after three interviews.

There were two interviewers, the director of architecture and a technical manager. They were impressed by my resume, which highlighted skills in Autocad & Revit, especially because a new sector in grocery was expanding and they needed someone with those abilities. They seemed pretty sold on me from the start due to my demonstrated skills.
