The process took too long and was irrelevant with low pay. It took weeks to get a follow-up on my application, and then additional weeks after interviews. I wasn't willing to wait 3 weeks for a call back just to take a pointless test, as my resume, degrees, and experience should be enough. It felt like a waste of time.

The interview process was really smooth, direct, and informative. I spoke with senior executives who were very approachable and relatable. They welcomed my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I felt at ease within the first few minutes because of how they acted. The whole experience felt professional and easy.

The interview was going well until the job and compensation details changed. It shifted from a Financial Advisor role to Medicare Sales. The original Financial Advisor position was salaried at $50,000, but the new offer was $30,000 plus commission. Usually, when a different position is offered, it's expected to be better than the one applied for.
