Data Specialist
Compared to other companies, the technical and aptitude interviews were useful, with relevant questions for the role they were seeking. However, the process was too long (5 interviews, the last one being more of a formality) and salary was not discussed until the offer stage.
- Domande situazionali sull'uso di Python o SQL per l'analisi dei dati
- Domande sulla gestione di un ipotetico scenario lavorativo
- Domande relative alle mie esperienze pregresse
Account Manager
Got a LinkedIn message from a recruiter, then had a Zoom call with the Director of Account Management. Next was a panel interview with two team members in the same role. Finally, there was a presentation on a topic of my choice. After all this, they ghosted me, which was disappointing since the hiring manager said I'd hear back regardless. It's a shame they couldn't even send a basic email after I invested about 5 hours into their standard interview process. I'd advise avoiding them unless you're really in a bind; they treat candidates poorly and don't respect their time.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe a situation where you encountered a difficulty.
- What motivates your desire for a role change?
Data Engineer
Really bad recruitment process. 3 steps for the junior position: HR interview and two technical interviews. The time between interviews is very long, especially between the two technical ones. I made it to the final step, the second technical interview went well but from them I never got any feedback. Contacted HR and the manager I interviewed with multiple times but nothing. At least some feedback after reaching the final selection step I think is due.
- Can you explain data structures?
- What are sorting algorithms and their complexities?
Customer Success Manager
We had several phone chats, then an in-person meeting, some video calls, and a final presentation. The recruiters were super responsive and made the whole thing feel more personal than other places. They really showed off Cuebiq's culture and values in our talks. My only suggestion is to speed up scheduling with a tool like Goodtime.
- Can you share your client experience?
- Tell me about your presentation abilities.
- How do you work with data?
