I sent in my application and heard back from them about two weeks later. They called me in for an in-person interview about a month after I applied. It wasn't really technical, mostly just a vibe check. The whole thing felt pretty laid-back, and honestly, the interviewers seemed as antsy as I was. I chatted with the manager first, then met with some of the important folks on the team one-on-one. After that initial interview phase, HR extended an offer, and I was back in on Monday for the onboarding stuff.

It was a pretty standard interview process, with 3 parts: first HR, then the supervisor, and then a task-based assignment. The people were really nice and personable, and they gave me a tour of the facilities so I could see the product line. It was a good experience overall, though it took a long time to get rejected. I ended up having to ask the HR person at a job fair about the outcome, which I didn't think was the most polite way to reject someone.
