I had a phone interview with the hiring manager who was super nice and explained everything. We talked through my experience and qualifications, and he answered all my questions. Then, the next week, I interviewed with another test manager. This interviewer was really difficult; her questions were unclear and she got frustrated with me, repeatedly saying 'got it.' She didn't seem like an expert, and some questions contradicted each other. She was also clearly rushed, mentioning how much work she had and how great she is. Honestly, she was the worst interviewer I've ever had. Another interview scheduled for the following week was cancelled on the same day. The HR person was a great communicator and very apologetic about the cancellation.

I got a call and was brought in for an interview the same day since they needed someone right away and I was free. The interview was pretty good and chill, we even had a couple of beers. They asked me about my past experiences and how I handled interactions with senior leadership. They also wanted to know if I'd be okay with saying no or standing my ground when necessary, which happened a few times on the job.
