The interview process started with an HR screen, followed by a meeting with the Hiring Manager, and then a Team Panel. After that, there were two more stages involving a spreadsheet analysis and presentation, which was directly relevant to the job. The main goal was to understand how I would approach the role instinctively and my thought process. The whole process was quite long, taking about 3 months from when I applied to getting the offer.

It was a phone interview where they asked about my military background and experience. Specifically, if I was retired, my MOS, if I had a security clearance and when I got it. They also asked about my willingness to travel for 3 weeks at a time and my computer skills. Overall, it was a very good interview.
