First, I interviewed with the branch manager. Then, there was a panel review with 4 employees. They also gave me an aptitude test, covering math and English. The most extensive and intrusive part was a drug test/physical, where I had to do sit-ups and got a vision test; it was the craziest employment test I've ever had.
