First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CTSI.
Traffic Technician
It was a really chill interview, super straightforward clerical stuff. They asked about my background in office management, using TIL balance, how I deal with customer issues, handling tickets, filing, scanning, and managing data. We also talked about operating the traffic window, my people skills, dealing with mail, court directories, keeping calendars updated, ordering supplies, transcription, and my skills with Microsoft Office. They also wanted to know about my experience working with the DMV and sheriff's offices.
- How would you manage a situation where a customer is upset and needs escalation when dealing with them directly?
Auditor
The whole process was really pleasant, and I enjoyed speaking with everyone. They inquired about my past work experiences and the specific skills I possess. The office environment was clean, and they offered me water. I was also asked about my ability to collaborate effectively with others and how I handle challenging situations.
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
Business Analyst
It was a smooth process. HR called me and we set up the interview. I had an initial chat with HR, then a round with the manager. I got a call in a couple of days and was shortlisted. The next round happened 2-3 days later. A few days after that, I got a call saying I was selected. Overall, it was quick and easy, mostly asking about culture fit. They explained the role, pay, and benefits clearly. Great interview experience.
- Can you discuss your previous work experiences?
Software Engineer
It was a good interview, logical and tough. The interviewer was direct, which was helpful for preparing for other interviews and gave me a confidence boost.
- Could you please state your name?
