So basically first there was a GD and then a written test, followed by a technical interview and then HR. I passed the GD and written test but didn't clear the technical interview because I have an ECE background. The written test was pretty easy, it had two parts: aptitude and verbal. It was 60 minutes long with 50 questions, I think around 30 aptitude and 25 verbal, but I'm not totally sure about the exact split.

The whole thing took about 3 hours. I chatted with someone from HR, then two tech folks, and finally a manager. They all seemed like genuinely nice and smart people, making me think it's a good place to work. From what I gathered, they operate pretty lean, with most employees putting in around 50 hours weekly. They manage a three-month outlook and also look two years ahead.

Interviewing teams might reach out to candidates directly to set up interviews, or they might work with the hiring specialist to get them scheduled. If you're scheduling, make sure each candidate gets the same amount of time. Space out the interviews by at least 15 minutes so you have time to review each one afterward and so candidates don't run into each other.

Had a phone interview first, then went in for an in person interview. The recruiter sounded like she hated her job and was distracted, maybe doing something else. The in-person interview involved talking to two people and was interesting.
