First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CTLGroup.
Human Resources Assistant
I saw this job on JobsDB, and it mentioned the work location would be in Tsuen Wan. However, during the interview, they informed me that the actual work location would be in Tuen Mun South for their nursing home, which was not stated in the JobsDB ad at all. They spent a lot of time talking about their facilities and services instead of getting to know me. Because of this mismatch in location information, I declined the second interview.

Senior Consultant
The interview process was quite long, lasting about four hours. There were six different interviewers who took turns talking to me. After the interviews, we went on a tour of the office campus. They gave us an agenda at the start, and I was in a conference room the whole morning with interviewers coming and going.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- They asked a number of personal questions about my background.
- How did you handle that situation?
Petrographer
The interview process started with a phone call with the head of HR and the VP, who were quite friendly and helped to ease my nerves. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview which involved meeting with several members of the team I would be joining. Each of these meetings lasted between 30 minutes and an hour, and I also got a tour of the facilities. About a week after the on-site, I got a call offering me the job.

Human Resources
I was greeted right away and didn't have to wait long to be interviewed. I met with some senior leadership. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. The interview was well organized and I heard back very quickly with a job offer.
- What is your biggest motivation at work?
