So, there were two parts to this. First, I had a chat with HR over the phone, where we went over my background, what I've done, and why I'm keen on risk management. Then, I had a technical interview with a senior manager. That's where they hit me with some situational and behavioral questions, plus a few technical ones about risk assessment, how to handle risks, and analyzing finances. It felt pretty thorough, like they really wanted to check out my technical smarts and how I solve problems.

Most questions will focus on your past job experience and people you might know. If someone there knows you and recommends you to the top managers, the interview tends to be easier.
