Customer Service Associate
The hiring process is really long, started back in August and my first day is in February, so it takes about five to six months to actually start the job. Good luck!
- What customer service experience do you have from your previous job?
Project Coordinator
It was for a brand new job that's been created on the team for a cool new project we're doing. We met over Zoom in a round-robin style with a panel of four people: one facilitator and three managers.
- Can you share your experience as a Business Analyst?
- Describe a time you successfully resolved a conflict.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Hotel Reservations Agent
They interviewed me on the spot. I filled out my application and paperwork onsite. I gave them my ID and my social security number. I filled out my W 2s and proof I can work in the US. They offered me a position.
- Can you tell me about your customer service experience?
- What are your thoughts on this call?
- What did you like about the call?
Bus Operator
The process is pretty straightforward. First, you apply online. Then, you'll receive an email to complete an assessment. If you pass the assessment, you'll get another email for a virtual interview where they'll ask you a few questions, and then they'll let you know if you got the job.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to handle an upset customer and explain your approach?
