Behavioral Technical

The interview process was unnecessarily long and overly complicated, with too many steps, tests, and assessments. It felt exhausting and frustrating, as each stage seemed excessive for the job role. Instead of streamlining the selection, the process dragged on, making it feel inefficient and discouraging. A more concise approach would have been more respectful of candidates' time while still identifying the right fit for the position.

The interview process was quite friendly and also easy. It did take more than a month or two in my case but they are only hiring the best candidate. First, an online test was there with an intro video of yourself, and then I received an email for a Skype interview, followed by another online test according to my profile, which were all quite easy. The interviewer was very friendly; I felt really comfortable while giving the interview, and then I finally got an offer.

The hiring process involved two interviews. The first was a phone call with the hiring manager, and the second was an in-person meeting with the CEOs. They had a planned start date for all candidates, which was a week after the onsite interview. I got the job and was really happy about it!
