I did a skills test with a real-time task, and then got asked some basic questions like why I'm the best person for the job. Finally, I had to record a short self-introduction video.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Honestly, I'd say avoid applying here. Once you submit your resume, they'll ask you to complete a short form, then a 15-minute recorded video interview, and finally a 1-hour coding challenge. You won't speak to a real person until after you've completed all of these. The form itself took me about 1.5 hours, and it was full of strict warnings about not copying or using AI, with immediate rejection as a consequence. The technical test, which they claim is 1 hour, actually requires building a full custom WordPress template with multiple settings and a form, only allowing one form plugin. This task is realistically a 10-hour job, and then you have to upload your work back into the same form. The video interview also took longer than the advertised 15 minutes and included questions about salary expectations. It's concerning because they likely receive hundreds of applications globally, meaning candidates invest at least 12 hours without knowing if their salary demands are reasonable. Many reviews mention a lack of response, which makes sense given the sheer volume of custom templates they'd have to review. Essentially, they don't value your time, and you won't interact with a human unless you dedicate at least 12 hours to the application. This is just the first step, with more interviews and unpaid tests apparently following.

Coding

So, first there were 2 technical rounds, and then a 1-to-1 round. In the technical rounds, I had to convert a PSD to an HTML, CSS, JS webpage. The PSDs got harder each round. The first round, I just had to make one section with a nav bar and forms. The second round, I had to make a whole landing page with different sections.
