The process was standard. I did a skills test when I applied, and then had a half hour interview a few months later. It seems like they are always accepting applicants, and then they might contact you if there's an opening. I've heard the turnover is pretty high.

Right after I applied, I got an email saying I moved on to the first interview round. This included an Excel skills test, some written questions, and a video. They gave me 30 minutes for the Excel test, which was about right. For the written questions, they said 10-20 minutes, and you didn't have to answer them all but got extra points if you did, so I answered them all, but it ended up taking closer to 30-40 minutes. So that basically used up the 70 minutes they said it should take. Then came the video, which I wasn't looking forward to. They allocated another 10-20 minutes for it. Since I'm not great with videos or public speaking, it took me ages, probably another 50 minutes. I wrote out what I wanted to say and then recorded it... and then re-recorded... and re-recorded a bunch more times until I was happy with it. I really hope they see me as quirky and not just too awkward! (Fingers crossed!) Quick note: I saw some reviews claiming CT posts interviews on YouTube, and the reviewers thought it was a huge privacy violation and a red flag. I freaked out (having already submitted my super awkward video) and looked into it. Thankfully, those reviewers were mistaken. Those videos were from applicants posting them on their own pages, likely to upload them to the test site. I almost did that too, but I ended up recording on my phone, emailing it to myself, saving it on my computer, and then uploading it from my computer to the test page.
