There were two skills tests where they gave us a job-related task to do in a certain amount of time. We also had a skype interview.

I applied online and the next day got an email for a skills test. About 3 weeks after that, I had an interview and another skills test. Then I got a job offer. The process felt pretty standard, though the skills test was more detailed than I usually see. It felt reasonable though, especially since I got the job. I accepted, but asked that my start date be at least 3 months after my planned vacation, and they agreed.

You'll start with a recruiter chat to get the lowdown on how things proceed. There's a skills assessment, but don't sweat it – it's just to figure out your Digital Producer level if you get hired after the main interviews. After that, the recruiter either tells you it's not a match right now or sets you up with leadership. I found it tough, not because of the skills, but it's a long and detailed process. It's not a bad thing though, the team there is great, and they're good at hiring the right people.
