I did the online interview where they ask you technical questions. Pretty straightforward stuff. They ask you about ppc questions with both google and fb ads. Stuff like campaign types and campaign metrics.

I applied online and completed an online test and video interview. The questions were about how I would handle different work problems and scenarios. I answered them and created the video interview, which was the hardest part because you aren't speaking to anyone and you get in your head more than in a normal interview.

Technical Behavioral

I applied online and then took a test that was kind of like the state department test, covering basic English and common sense. After about a day, I got my 'results' for the English part. I then asked to proceed to the next stage, which involved some kind of client interaction simulation via email writing and a video. Given the salary cap was around $70K, I decided to withdraw my application. They seemed like a peculiar group.
