It was a really long writing process, I had to submit a bunch of different writing samples. I guess it made sense since it's a contract role and they really want to see how well you can write different kinds of content quickly.
- What's your take on AI given that the company is against using it for writers' original content?

I applied online and sent in my resume. The next day, I got contacted about moving to the next stage, which was an online skills assessment. I heard back the day after I took the assessment, and they said they're reviewing them and it might take a few weeks. Still hopeful though! They seem like a great place to work!
- As part of the skills assessment, you were asked to give examples of your copywriting skills based on some information they provided.
- Part of the assessment also included questions testing your knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- You were also asked to record a video of yourself responding to some standard interview questions.

There were 3 interviews in total. In the final interview, they were actually interviewing me for a different role, and nobody knew that was the case. The interviewer had only been working there for 2 days and seemed really confused.
- Tell me about a challenge you faced and how you overcame it.
