The recruiter hit me up on Linkedin and then we connected. After I passed that interview, I got to meet the group CEO and COO for a final chat.

I got picked for a training class because I knew a bunch of people at the company's local office. I went to their office during my lunch break and interviewed with like 2 or 3 team leads. It was a pretty standard interview for customer service/account management jobs, I guess.

Behavioral Technical

The whole process from application to rejection took about a month. Communication was a bit slow, I had to email them to find out about my rejection. The recruiter didn't clearly communicate that the role was for a Registered Agent, as the job posting stated it was for Customer Success. Even though I was still interested, they didn't really prepare me for the Registered Agent role until the in-office interview. During that interview, they seemed to favor my Customer Service experience over my more recent Customer Success experience, so it would have been helpful to have more clarity on the role in the job description.
