It can be tough to find the right info when you want to start in management. No matter what anyone says, you can get into the company's management program. They advertise openings in multiple places. The interview process takes a while, so you need to be patient. It starts with an application and interview, then a background check and assessment test, followed by a panel interview. All new store managers have to take the assessment test. If you get promoted from within, you don't need the panel interview, but this rule keeps changing.
