Senior Analyst
It started with an online screening, then we went to the company office for an offline resume filtering. That was later sorted with an aptitude test to assess decision making. The last round was a face-to-face with HR.
- Can you start by telling me about yourself?
Payroll Specialist
This was a really easy and friendly interview process. I almost said no to the interview but the HR director thought I was a good fit and reached out to see if I'd be open to hearing about the opportunity. I'm so glad I decided to listen to her. It turned out to be a great fit.
- Could you introduce yourself and explain how your past experience relates to the responsibilities outlined in the job description?
Safety Specialist
I had a 20-minute phone screen with a recruiter and then two more interviews after that. The first one was more about giving me info on the job and asking some get-to-know-you questions. The last interview was a video call with the hiring manager and contract manager.
- How do you see yourself fitting into this role?
- Can you share your experience working in a scientific environment?
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a challenging conversation with someone.
GIS Analyst
I had a remote interview with a group of 6 people. It was about an hour long and conducted over Google Meet with folks from both CSS and NOAA. The questions were based on my previous answers. They wanted a second interview to dive deeper into my projects and experience before extending an offer.
- Can you share details about your technical experience?
- What is your experience with field work?
