I spoke with someone from HR and an RD manager. They started by introducing themselves and then talked about the company and the role. Then they asked me some questions and gave me a test. It was a friendly but quick and tough conversation.

I was invited by HR and the Hiring Manager to visit the plant, with a promise of reimbursement for travel expenses. The visit itself was challenging. After returning, there was no communication whatsoever. It has now been a month and a half, and I still haven't received my travel reimbursement. They seem to be waiting for something each week. In the meantime, I've accepted a better offer and started a new role, while they are still dealing with my reimbursement.

The interview process was quite easy and simple. I talked to the engineering manager and got a quick look around the facility. First, I had a call with the HR Director and then an in-person meeting with the engineering manager.
